Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Woodridge, IL location. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the general manager through with day-to-day operations, generating new business through cold calls, managing ongoing relationships, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective B2B customers
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past client contacts to develop sales opportunities
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and service
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations and solutions
- Track and manage sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience
- Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
